I used "Crepon Sheer- Ivory" from Jo Ann's Fabrics...but it was too flimsy. People would grab at the mask and pull kinda hard, and the eye fabric would shred at the seams.
Trying to find something strong enough, but sheer enough to see through was a little difficult in the time frame I had.
Hey!...thanks for noticing! The people I made them for said the applause and recognition the got was huge!...
I made 9 of them...and it took me several days just to figure out how to attach the filmy material for the eyes in a way where they wouldn't rip out the first time the mask was worn!...
The people I made them for were very happy with them!
